Since when does age appropriate constitute you must be speaking about the young? Sometimes age appropriate ought to refer to middle age, old age.

When I can’t remember simple things or even how to spell certain words, senile is the suggested adjective of choice; I’m getting old. Since when is senility a crime?

Instead of assigning a stigma to the inevitable, unavoidable cure that as aging looms, society and wastern culture – maybe world culture? – needs to wake up to the reality of the situation. Planning for the future needs to be a priority, the what-ifs need to be addressed.

Living in denial might seem fine for the present, but you cannot live outside of time.
